Is this product dual voltage for travel?

Yes it is. I've never had a problem using it do travel. It is daul voltage. :) I love it. Best straightener I have had to date.
How does it work on African American natural hair?

We have a lot of African American customers and They LOVE this flat iron.you can get your hair very straight, or give it a bit of a bump and curl. Just turn the temp down a bit because it runs very hot; but it works very well.
Are the plates 100% ceramic?
