RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
• Please ensure that your return item is delivered in original packaging and includes any accessory, user manual, warranty card, and authentication certificate. Rebel cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defaced, delayed, or lost in transit.
• For online returns, the parcel and its contents are the customer's responsibility until it arrives safely at Rebel.
• For returns via mail, please use a tracking option to ensure the safe delivery of the return item.
• Additional delivery charges (e.g. postage) will be incurred at expense of the customer.
• Items not returned with an original purchase receipt will not be accepted for product exchange.
